Charles W Howard is the President of Call-A-Head, a portable toilet company serving the New York City area. The company has the largest variety of portable toilets in the industry, including one-of-a-kind units that are unlike any others. He is very hands-on in managing the business, and never stops developing or creating new systems. He is committed to the portable sanitation industry, following in the tradition of his father, who founded the business in 1976.
